Shipping Policy — Lakaspinatosis (US Only)

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states and DC). At this time we do not ship internationally.
PO Boxes & Military addresses: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS when available. Some items/carriers require a street address; if so, we’ll contact you. (APO/FPO/DPO may have extended delivery times and occasional item restrictions.)

How orders are fulfilled
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our print partners (Print-on-Demand). Your order begins production after payment is approved.

Processing & Production Time
- Processing (order verification): 0–1 business day
- Production (printing): 2–7 business days
Production times vary by item and volume. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when your package leaves the facility.

Free Standard Shipping (US)
Standard shipping is free on US orders. Shipping costs are reflected in product pricing at checkout (no extra fee).

Estimated Delivery Time (US)
Production (2–7 business days) + Transit (2–5 business days) = ~5–12 business days for most orders.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions, severe weather) delivery may take longer.

Carriers & Tracking
Orders typically ship via USPS, UPS, or comparable services. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as it’s available.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains items from different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy & Exceptions
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a carrier can’t deliver to a PO Box or the address is incomplete, your order may be placed On Hold. We’ll contact you to obtain a deliverable address or offer alternatives.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged/defective: Email support@lakaspinatosis.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier/fulfillment partner.
- Returned to sender / insufficient address: Reshipments may require an updated address and additional postage.
